BlackBerry has officially changed their mind and came out with an announcement to launch Priv, the first BlackBerry flagship phone to run with Android operating system.

Everybody loves Android and everybody will love Android better with BlackBerry features. So it makes sense to make this device a start of their future. It is a flagship device that's built for productivity as it has a unique sliding keyboard feature for faster typing. BlackBerry also stated that just like their usual devices, the Priv will have topnotch smartphone security and will continue their core mission to protect customer privacy.
The specs of this highly anticipated device is still unknown as of the moment, but several reports are stating that this will have a QHD 5.6 inch curved display, Snapdragon 808 processor, 3 GB RAM, 18 MP rear camera, 64 GB internal storage and will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop that might be upgradable to Marshmallow.
