Recently, Xiaomi officially announced their latest smartphone called the Xiaomi Mi 4c. It's a 5 inch device with high end specifications and features at a very low price.

It has the new and useful USB Type C connector, LTE connectivity and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop w/ the latest MIUI 7 on top.
