Known for their consistency in bringing the latest Android OS always, LG Electronics proved that they're committed to their word as they announced that the LG G4, their 2015 flagship will be one of the first to receive the much awaited and latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow update.

LG just confirmed that the new update will roll out to LG G4 users in Poland first then the Philippine users to follow soon.
Here's what's new for LG G4 users from the Marshamallow update
1. You'll get a simplified app permission allowing users to have more control to the information they can access.
2. Users can no longer agree to permissions with settings that they don't know.Users can also now change app permissions settings anytime, not just during installations
3. There's a new silent feature for sound and vibrate mode and the return of the Do Not Disturb mode. LG G4 users can also now block, modify and customize their sound, scheduled alarms and notifications.
4. There's also a new DOze Mode which shuts down the background process of certain apps when the phone is not in use which prolongs battery life. It also has a benefit of preventing real time syncing of updates when your phone is asleep.
