As of the moment, this is the most value packed smartphone I've seen under USD 100 (4.6K Pesos). Sadly, it's not readily available in our local market and I don't think that this brand will have a Philippine presence soon. What can we hope for is someone to import this here or maybe a local smartphone brand can re-brand it as their own. If that will happen, this will be a HUGE hit, trust me.
