According to the research of Neowin, the Super LCD 5 does not have an air gap between the outer glass and display element. As a result, it produces less glare and gives you a close feel to the display. It also lower power consumption and improved outdoor visibility.
When it comes to the rumored specs, the HTC 10 will boast a chamfered metal rim, 12 UltraPixel rear camera, latest Snapdragon processor (Snapdragon 820 perhaps) and different color options such as carbon gray, glacier silver (white and black face) and topaz gold.
In that regard, there's a chance that it could be better than other popular screen tech such as AMOLED and regular LCDs. We'll all find out if that would be the case once this device is released.
Stay tuned for more info soon.
