The Torque Droidz Slate HD is one of the slimmest 5.5 HD inch phablet under this budget price tag today. It runs on a 1.3 GHz quad core processor, has 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM and 2,200 mAh of battery capacity. This device also boast a large 13 MP rear camera sensor at the back and 5 MP selfie camera.
