Apart from the new ZenFone 3 line, Asus also officially launched its latest Macbook killer, the ZenBook 3 at Computex 2016. It boast a re-imagined aerospace grade type of metal material that's said to be extremely tough with crazy slimness at just 11.9 mm slim.

Faster than a Macbook
The ZenBook 3 UX390 boast a 12.5 inch with 7.5 mm slim bezel and Gorilla Glass 4 protection, up to Intel Core i7 chip, up to 16 GB RAM LPDDR3, up to 1 TB SSD storage and 40 Wh (8,000 mAh) battery capacity which can last up to 9 hours. It's also using a quick charging tech that can give you up to 60% of battery in just 49 mins.

The ZenBook 3 also features a 3 mm fan design that's currently the slimmest in the world, backlit full sized keyboard, fingerprint sensor w/ Windows Hello, USB Type C connector and weighs lighter than a Macbook at just 910 grams.
The ZenBook 3 with i5 / 4 GB RAM / 256 GB SSD retails at USD 999, the i7 /16 GB RAM / 512 GB SSD is priced at USD 1,499 and the flagship with i7 / 16 GB RAM / and 1 TB SSD has an SRP of USD 1,999. It'll be available in Quartz Grey, Royal Blue and the popular Rose Gold color editions.
