Samsung New Note UX To Replace TouchWiz UI?

In China and Korea, there are reports stating that Samsung is already testing a new UI design as a part of their Galaxy Beta Program. Called as the "New Note UX", they're currently testing it with the Galaxy Note 5 which could also be used with their upcoming devices soon.

What's interesting there is it doesn't look like the TouchWiz UI anymore, instead it will come with a no "App Drawer" design that has some resemblance from their major competitors such as EMUI, MIUI, and etc.

It now appears to offer better looking icons, easier to navigate notification / shortcuts on top, and more organized settings page.

So far, we like what we're seeing in this beta type of UI. It might give the ageing TouchWiz UI its much needed revamp and make it a highly interesting skin again.

Let's just hope that Samsung will optimize it to avoid the old problems of TouchWiz UI. I'm sure they will, and I'm fairly excited to their next gen phones with this type of skin.
