Based on the photos, the Infinix Hot S appears to be a meticulously crafted phone. It features a full metal body with pretty sleek design and a rightly sized 5.2 inch full HD screen. 

Under the hood, what's powering this machine an MT6753 chip paired with Mali T720 GPU, has either 2 GB / 32 GB RAM, 16 GB / 32 GB expandable to 128 GB storage, and 3,000 mAh battery.

There's also a 13 MP main camera w/ dual LED flash and an 8 MP selfie cam w/ LED flash as well. It also has LTE connectivity and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS on the light and efficient XOS skin.

Note: There are some sources stating that it uses a Mali T860 GPU and 2.2 GHz octa core chip. It could mean that there's a more powerful variant of this phone.

Overall, what's inside this device is promising and should be speedy enough even for some heavy users. 
In Nigeria, the Hot S is priced at NGN 45,000 which is roughly around 7.1K in Philippine Pesos out of straight conversion.
