Chrome 55 to consume less RAM?

Google knows that and they'll make a major change soon. The Internet search giant is prepping the Chrome 55 update where it has the ability to consume up to 55% less RAM against the current Chrome 53.

Based on the report of TweakTown, the Chrome 55 will use an improved JavaScript engine with better efficiency in RAM consumption. It'll be great for heavy users who loads more than 25 tabs all at the same time.

As a result, it'll give your PC or phone back a lot of those memory that'll eventually make your phone run smoother and will let you open more tabs if needed.

The update is expected to arrive this December of 2016, a cool Christmas present if it can really deliver those improvements.
