How to claim?

1. To submit a claim, consumers must visit www.agongearuppromo.com and fill out the entry form with your personal details.

2. Participant will receive an e-mail confirmation message and further instructions on how to claim the free item.

The free items are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash while the submission of claims will start on April 30, 2017 upon the official launch of the promotion poster online at 8:00am. The deadline of submission of claims is on June 30, 2017 at 11:59 P.M.

Metro Manila consumer may claim their free item at Multi Media Display Philippines, Inc. Unit 3802, 38/F Discovery Centre Condominium ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

In claiming the free item(s), consumer must present the following:

a. Two (2) valid Forms of identification (any government issued ID)

b. Copy of the original proof of purchase

c. Email confirmation and registered notice

In cases wherein the consumer cannot personally claim his/her free item(s) for any reason, he / she can send a representative in his/her behalf. The representative must be able to present the following:

a. A letter of authorization duly signed by the consumer, authorizing the representative to claim the free item.

b. Two (2) photocopy of consumer’s Valid Forms of Identification such as SSS card, TIN card, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport or Senior Citizen ID

c. Two (2) Original and photocopy of the representative’s Valid Forms of Identification (any government issued ID)

d. Consumer’s notification through printed e-mail confirmation and registered mail

Provincial consumer may claim free item at the nearest LBC Branch or wait for the door-to-door delivery as identified in the e-mail confirmation. 

a. Once a delivery is successful, we will send an email confirmation containing the tracking number.

b. Upon receipt of the free item, we will notify the consumer through text message that the free item was successfully claimed and/or received.

Consumers will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their free item. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed free items will be forfeited in favor of AOC Gaming - PH upon prior DTI approval.
