Facebook Messenger Lite Launches In PH!

Good news! Facebook has just announced that Messenger Lite is expanding in several countries such as Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil including the Philippines!

Perfect for entry-level Android devices

As a quick recap, the Messenger Lite is the slimmed down variant of the regular Messenger. It still offers the core features of the Messenger for those with basic and low powered Android devices.

The Messenger Lite is only under 10 MB in size so its fast to install, light in resources, and quick to start up. It has the basic sending text, photos, and links to anyone on Messenger or Messenger Lite. It also has the ability to send emojis and stickers, see who is active now from their contact list, and view and delete group members.

Messenger Lite still uses the same bolt logo as Messenger, but with colors reversed. The bolt is blue with a white chat bubble background.

The app is now available for download at Google Play store.
