Sea Limited, Shopee's parent company now listed on New York Stock Exchange

Sea Limited, the parent company of Shopee announced that they're the first greater Southeast Asian internet business of scale listed at New York Stock Exchange.

Shopee celebrates a milestone with Sea - Shopee's parent company, Sea, is the first internet business of scale from Greater Southeast Asia to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The company announced the initial pricing of its public offering and trading to American depositary shares at New York Stock Exchange. This is a significant milestone for Sea Limited and its businesses like Shopee.

Sea Limited is confident in its continued growth and the tremendous potential this presents across our seven markets, namely Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. Currently, GDP is growing over twice as fast as in the US.
