Vivo has recently announced its plan to expand into more markets across the globe to reach more young people. One of those key markets is Russia.

Today, we received a tip that Vivo's possible first smartphone in Russia is the Vivo Y65, a 5.5-inch HD handset w/ entry-level SD 425 chip and Adreno 308 GPU.

In addition, this device will be packed w/ 3GB RAM, either 16GB or 32GB expandable storage (dedicated slot), and 2,900mAh battery capacity.

Then like most Vivo phones, the Y65 could be a camera centric budget phone. It features a 13MP PDAF main camera w/ UHD mode and LED flash. In front, it has a 5MP selfie shooter w/ screen flash.

The handset has no fingerprint scanner though. It boots w/ Android 7.0 Nougat w/ FunTouch OS 3.2 skin on top.

The 16GB variant could retail for RUB 9,000 (around PHP 8K) while the 32GB edition might be priced at RUB 10,000 (Around PHP 9K).

Unfortunately, the rest of the missing details are still unknown for now.
