Samsung announces Galaxy Tab A w/ Bixby!

In South Korea, Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab A, a new interesting Android tablet which feature Bixby Home contextual interface and Bixby Reminder.

Aside from the Bixby features, the new Galaxy Tab A also has a new Home Mode which can be used to display useful details like time, calendar, and weather even while being charged. This mode is also like your picture frame, it can show up to 50 photos from the gallery.

Hardware-wise, the tablet boasts an 8-inch WXGA screen w/ 1280 x 800 resolution at 189 ppi, 1.4GHz processor w/ 2GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage (via microSD card), and whopping 5,000mAh battery.

This tablet even has an 8MP f/1.9 back camera and 5MP front facing camera w/ floating camera button that can be placed on any part of the screen for easier accessibility.

The WiFi model is priced at USD 240 (around PHP 12K) and the LTE edition retails at USD 280 (around PHP 14K).

There's no word on international availability yet though.
