Huawei P10 and P10 Plus Android 8.0 Oreo beta testing program announced

Good news for Huawei P10 and P10 Plus users! Huawei Romania just launched the Android 8.0 Oreo beta testing program for the P10 and P10 Plus.

Huawei is now looking for testers for its Android 8.0 Oreo based EMUI 8.0 beta. If you are in Romania, you may participate by downloading a mobile app on their smartphones that will allow them to download the beta update via OTA.

The beta is available for Huawei P10 and P10 Plus units with the following software versions: VTR-L09C432B180, VTR-L29C432B180, VKY-L09C432B181, and VKY-L29C432B181.

After the beta testing, both P10 and P10 Plus could start getting the Oreo update by end of February.

Most likely, Romania will get it first then the rest of the world will follow.

This simply means that Huawei is working hard to bring the freshest version of Android to as many of its previous devices as possible.
