As its name suggest, the ZenFone 5 Lite is also the entry-level version of the ZenFone 5. But based on its specs, this handset has the potential to be a great all around mid-range device.

5. Build and design - The ASUS ZenFone 5 Lite or 5Q is equipped with beautiful Gorilla Glass protected 2.5D curved glass at the back and in front. The frame is also made out of metal and the phone is just at 7.8 mm thick. In addition, it has a big and bright enough 6-inch FHD+ 18:9 IPS screen narrower bezels than the ZenFone Max Plus M1.

4. Security features - The ZenFone 5 Lite / 5Q has a speedy and accurate sensor. In addition, it also has an accurate face unlock technology. Having both of them is better than just having either one of them.

3. Snapdragon 630 SoC paired with large RAM and ROM - Snapdragon 630 with Adreno 508 GPU is a pretty good and battery efficient mid-range grade SoC. ASUS even paired it large enough 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The battery size is also quite large at 3,300mAh. 

2. True quad camera system - This mid-range ASUS smartphone has a quad camera setup. At the back, it goes with a 16MP f/2.2 OV16880 + 8MP f/2.4 OV8856 w/ PDAF, 120-degree wide-angle lens, EIS, and LED flash. In front, it features a 20MP f/2.0 Sony IMX376 + 8MP f/2.4 OV8856 w/ 120-degree wide-angle lens and softlight LED flash. ASUS also boasts that you can use all four cameras independently unlike others.
