Just in! According to a recent scoop by David Gonzales of, the much awaited Huawei Mate 8 flagship handset will retail in the Philippine market for 32,990 Pesos only!

In case you missed it, the Huawei Mate 8 is arguably the fastest phone in the world right now, the handset also features Huawei's well known build quality and design that has their reliable fingerprint sensor at the back.

Going to the internals of this phone, it goes with a 6 inch FHD screen w/ 2.5D curved glass panel, runs on their home brewed and extra powerful Kirin 950 octa core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, has an i5 co-processor, Mali T880 GPU, 4 GB of RAM and 4,000 mAh of battery capacity.

The Mate 8 also goes with 16 MP f/2.0 27 mm Sony IMX298 rear camera and 8 MP 28 mm f/2.4 Sony IMX179 in front. Aside from that it's also complete with connectivity options such as LTE, WiFi, NFC and Bluetooth 4.2.

The Mate 8 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the latest EMUI 4.0 skin on top.
