Lazada finally introduced Elephone smartphones for the Philippine market earlier, the newest and fastest growing mobile brand in the world specifically tailored for everyone who seeks affordable yet high quality devices. In-line with their entry here they launched 3 handsets first, the S1, P8000 and P9000.

First, the Elephone S1, a budget phone looks pretty sleek with its chamfered metallic frame. It utilizes a good type of 5 inch HD IPS On-Cell screen, runs on 1.3 GHz MT6580 quad core chip, has 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable internal storage and 1,800 mAh of battery capacity.

What's special with this device is it's using a 13 MP Sony rear camera with LED flash that should be capable enough in taking quality photos. It also has a 2 MP selfie camera, dual SIM card slots (micro + nano) and a rare fingerprint sensor at the back for a budget phone.

There's a 5.5 inch FHD screen, it runs on a familiar 1.3 GHz MT6753 octa core chip paired Mali T720 GPU, has ample 3 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable ROM and HUGE 4,165 mAh battery capacity.
