Breaking News: Google Pixel And Pixel XL Now Official, The Best Phones In The World?

Hello future! After opting not to continue the popular Nexus line, Google has finally unveiled the all new Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones, dubbed as the first smartphone line in the world made by Google inside (software) and out (yes, Google makes their "own hardware" now).

With the help of HTC, Google was able to create the Pixel phones, the first Daydream VR ready handset in the world that's paired with great ergonomics, hardware, and software combined. In terms of hardware, both handsets boast a polished aluminum case and glass at the back with no annoying camera bump.

Just like what the leaks previously revealed, the Google Pixel is a smaller handset that's uses a 5 inch FHD AMOLED screen paired with 1920 x 1080 resolution protected with Gorilla Glass 4 at 441 ppi. Under the hood, it's powered by the beastly 2.15 GHz 64 Bit Snapdragon 821 quad core processor paired Adreno 530 GPU, 4 GB RAM, 32 / 128 GB internals storage, and 2,770 mAh non-removable battery w/ quick charging support via USB Type C port.

Touted as the "best camera phone in the world" by Google, the Pixel is packed with a special type of 12.3 MP main camera w/ f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, video stabilization, and dual LED flash. It's called the best camera phone in the word where they got the highest score achieved at DxOMark at 89 points.  In front, there's an 8 MP f/2.0 front facing camera for selfies.
