Gionee Marathon M5 Mini Launched! An Affordable 4000 mAh Powered Phone?

Gionee is recently building their reputation as one of the phone makers that values battery life a lot with their Marathon series. Recently, they announced another variant of that line in Nigeria called the Marathon M5 Mini.

The Gionee Marathon M5 Mini as the name suggest is a smaller 5 inch handset with IPS tech HD resolution at 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood it runs with the MT6580 SoC, has 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of expandable ROM and that large 4,000 mAh of battery capacity.

This handset also goes with an 8 MP rear camera sensor and 5 MP selfie camera. Connectivity-wise it has 3G, GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi leaving LTE nowhere to be found. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Amigo UI 3.1 on top.
