Recently, our good friend, Anjie of teknogadyet spotted one of the most interesting budget smartphone deals in the Philippines yet. Cherry Mobile just dropped the price of the Infinix Pure to just 2,999 coming from 4,499 Pesos, making it the most affordable octa core offering today.

In case you missed it, the Cherry Mobile Infinix Pure features capable overall configuration. It boast a 5 inch HD IPS screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels at 294 ppi. The device runs on a 1.4 GHz MT6592m octa core processor by MediaTek paired with Mali 450 GPU that’s good enough for casual gaming, has 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable ROM and 2,100 mAh of battery capacity.

The Infinix Pure also sports an 8 MP w/ flash shooter at the back and 2 MP camera sensor in front. It also comes with OTG support for additional storage and etc.
