O+ 8.98 Spotted, A Budget Phone For PHP 3,395!

Sienna Mobile has posted a new handset from O+ USA, the 8.98, tagged as a "premium" entry level phone for starters on a budget.

For starters, the phone is equipped with a 5 inch IPS LCD, 1.2 GHz quad core processor, ample 16 GB of expandable storage, and 1,800 mAh of battery w/ power saving feature. Then it has 5 MP main camera w/ LED flash, 2 MP selfie camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.

What we find intriguing is, Sienna mobile listed that the phone has 3 GB of RAM. If correct (though we think that it is just a typo), this phone is the most affordable to have that large amount of RAM at this price point.
