Huawei's Nova Academy aims to make users learn more about their devices

Huawei's Nova 2i and Nova 2 lite are two of the most popular mid-range phones of the company in PH. Both are equipped with trendy 18:9 screens, nice performance, and good cameras.

But, not everyone mas mastered their devices yet. Enter the Nova Academy, an initiative by Huawei to help its customers master the use of their Nova devices.

The end goal of Nova Academy is not only for participants to learn about their Huawei device but also for them to acquire new skills through various workshops and learning experiences, said Corinne Bacani, Marketing Director at Huawei Philippines. 

The Nova Academy is a series of informative how-tos in the form of workshops and videos designed to help Nova users discover more of their phones.

The first workshop they did is a Portrait Photography Class by Nova ambassador and YouTube vlogger Raiza Contawi. The participants enjoyed studio-style photography tips courtesy of Raiza’s hands-on tutorials.

Next is the Landscape Photography Class by Johan Aguilar. It is an informative crash course on improving your vacation adventure shots. Johan gave tips and tricks to achieving a cover-worthy landscape shot using nothing but a Huawei Nova phone.

Huawei will not stop there. They will continue to conduct these types of workshops year-round, so don’t miss out on more exciting sessions in the weeks to come.

In case you missed it, the Huawei Nova 2 lite is the more affordable device priced at PHP 9,990. On the other hand, the Huawei Nova 2i is the mid-range game changer last year. It is one of the few with a 5.9-inch FHD+ screen and quad cameras. It has a 16MP + 2MP at the back and 13MP + 2MP cameras in front.

It also has the Kirin 659 octa-core chip inside, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, 3,340mAh battery, face unlock, fingerprint scanner, 4G LTE connectivity, and upgradable to Oreo OS.
