Vivo showcased the X21 at SM Cyberzone's Mobile Fest 2018

Vivo, the global Chinese smartphone brand, recently joined SM Cyberzone's Mobile Fest 2018 to highlight the Vivo X21.

The Vivo X21 is the company's first premium smartphone in the Philippines. It is packed with flagship grade design, cameras, battery life, and audio quality.

It also has AI to help in making the overall smartphone experience better and smoother. It is also the very first smartphone in the world with an In-Display fingerprint scanning tech.

X21 in the flesh

During the event, our friends from the tech media, Alora Uy Guerrero of Revu and Mark Macanas of TechPinas, also stated what they liked about the Vivo X21.

Mr. Macanas and Ms. Guerrero discussed that there are two ways to unlock the Vivo X21. First is the face unlock tech with IR to accurately identify the user's facial features even at night.

The second one is the In-Display fingerprint scanning technology that replaces the rear fingerprint sensor.

They also talked about the AI-boosted 12MP + 5MP dual rear cameras and 12MP selfie camera of the X21 together with its real life performance.

In case you missed it, the Vivo X21 is equipped with big 6.28-inch FHD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660AIE chip that can handle AI tasks. It also has 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM to keep the experience smooth and to allow users to store more files and apps.

Ms. Alora Guerrero also also discussed that the X21 has HiFi audio. It is Deep Field technology, developed by Vivo to provide panoramic surround, mega bass, clear voice effects, and various environmental audio effects.
