Huawei Mate 20 series will come with up to 8GB RAM/512GB ROM, promo video leaks!

The latest TENAA listings revealed all the alleged RAM and ROM options for the upcoming Mate 20 phones. They could come with up to 8GB RAM and 512GB storage!

The Huawei Mate 20 with HMA-A00 model number will come with the following RAM/storage options:

4GB RAM/64GB ROM

4GB RAM/128GB ROM

4GB RAM/256GB ROM

6GB RAM/128GB ROM

6GB RAM/256GB ROM

6GB RAM/512GB ROM

8GB RAM/128GB ROM

8GB RAM/256GB ROM

8GB RAM/512GB ROM

For the Mate 20 Pro with LYA-AL00 and LYA-TL00 model numbers, here are the possible variants:

A Geekbench listing also confirmed that the Kirin 980 Mate 20/Mate 20 Pro will arrive with Android 9 OS out of the box. It also got the highest Android score there as well.
