Huawei will launch their first smartphone with an In-Screen selfie camera on December 17 in China. It is days after a renders were leaked.

The teaser image Huawei released showed a smartphone with camera hole in front instead of a notch. The new teaser also showed that the device will be officially dubbed as the Huawei Nova 4.

The camera hole is found on the top left corner of the device. Having a hole ensures that the Nova 4 will have an amazing screen-to-body ratio.

Huawei is now the front-runner to launch the first smartphone with a camera hole in the screen.

Samsung is also rumored to be working on one with Galaxy A8s but there is no details of launch yet. Another brand rumored to have a similar design idea is ASUS with their ZenFone 6 series.

In terms of specs, the Nova 4 is expected to have the 7nm Kirin 980 SoC, 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage.

We also expect 4GB/128GB variants available in other regions as well

 It is also expected to have a dual camera setup at the back. Rumors are also saying that it could launch with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.
