Samsung Galaxy A50s, A30s now official!

Samsung builds on the success of the Galaxy A-series with the announcement of the new A30s and A50s with more powerful cameras and upgraded specs.

The Korean giant isn't resting on its laurels even after the recent announcement of the Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ by announcing two new models from its popular Galaxy A-series.

First up is the new A30s with a new 6.4-inch HD+ 1560 x 720 Infinity-V Super AMOLED display from the FHD+ Infinity-U display on the original Galaxy A30. Inside is the same Exynos 7904 octa-core 14nm SoC, up to 4GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage, and 4,000mAh battery with 15W adaptive fast charging.

The two big difference is that now the A30s comes with an on-screen fingerprint sensor at the cost of resolution (down to 720p from 1080p), and a rear camera set-up of a 25MP f/1.7 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP depth sensor while the front-facing camera has the same 16MP f/2.0 shooter.

Next up is the new A50s with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ 2340 x 1080 Infinity-U Super AMOLED display. Inside is a new Exynos 9610 10nm processor with up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB internal storage, and 4.000mAh battery with 15W Adaptive Fast Charging.

At the back is a new triple camera set-up made of 48MP f/2.0 main camera, 8MP 123-degree, ultra-wide camera, and 5MP depth sensor while the selfie camera is a new 32MP f/2.0 shooter from the older 25MP shooter on the A50.

The Galaxy A30s and A50s will come in Black, White, Violet, and Green.

There is no word on local availability and pricing just yet.
