Samsung releases Galaxy Book S, a notebook 4G LTE and 23 hours batt life

Along with the Note10 phones, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Book S. It's a sleek-looking notebook with great looks, promising specs, and mobility features.

Samsung Galaxy Book S comes with a 13-inch FHD touchscreen display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx chip inside. It features 8GB RAM, 256GB or 512GB SSD storage, up to 1TB expandable storage with microSD, and a 42WHr battery with USB-C 45W charging.

Samsung said that it can last for around 23 hours on a single charge.

The laptop also highlights a 720p webcam, fingerprint sensor, AKG Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Galileo, Glonass, BeiDou, and a nano-SIM card slot. It also has a light sensor, 

Basically, it is a Windows 10 powered laptop with functionalities of a modern smartphone.

The laptop measures at 305.2 x 203.2 x 11.8 mm and weighs at 960 grams.

The price tag is quite attractive as well. It retails at just USD 999 or around PHP 52K out of straight conversion with no taxes and duties yet.

The laptop is expected to be available in September.
