An "all-new" Black Shark 3 will go official in Malaysia on April 30

A teaser has recently appeared stating that the Xiaomi-related Black Shark gaming phone brand will launch an "all-new" Black Shark 3 in Malaysia on April 30.

The Black Shark 3 for Southeast Asia?

The teaser showed a Black Shark 3 logo that is very similar to the Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro in China.

This suggests that Black Shark could just launch a global version of the said device in Malaysia with a few new configurations.

To recall, the Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ and 7.1-inch QHD+ OLED screens with a 90Hz refresh rate. Inside, the phones are powered by the 7nm Snapdragon 865 flagship processor with a fourth-gen liquid cooling system.

The devices have up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.0 storage. Black Shark 3 comes with 4,720mAh while 3 Pro features a bigger 5,000mAh battery.

The phones are equipped with a 64MP + 13MP + 5MP triple-cam. The Black Shark phones also go with Master Buttons, a real shoulder triggers with tactile feedback that you can use for playing games.

In China, the Black Shark 3 starts at CNY 3,499 (around PHP 25K).
