Razer has just donated face masks to the Philippine government to aid frontliners in the fight against the deadly Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan said that they made the decision after getting a call from Filipino politician Alan Peter Cayetano whom Razer recently worked with to bring eSports to the SEA Games.

He added that Razer expediting/donating surgical masks to the Philippines via his office. Cayetano's role is to distribute it to the hospitals.

Currently, our frontliners are in dire need of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) which includes face masks. The frontliners can use them to protect themselves from the virus while treating or helping others avoid the said disease.

To date, the Philippines has over 6,200 confirmed cases with 570 recovered cases and 409 deaths.

Min-Liang Tan ended his Facebook post by wishing Cayetano and all its friends and fans in the Philippines to stay safe.
