iQOO 5, iQOO 5 Pro with SD 865, 120Hz AMOLED screen and 5G now official in China!
In China, vivo performance-focused sub-brand iQOO announces the new iQOO 5 and iQOO 5 Pro with Snapdragon 865, 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, and 5G.

Complete with racing stripes
Both smartphones feature a large 120Hz refresh rate 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 240Hz touch sampling rate and 92.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. Both have a 16MP f/2.45 front-facing camera housed in a punch hole on the top left corner. Only the iQOO 5 Pro has a curved display. Under the glass panel is the in-display fingerprint scanner.
Inside both smartphones is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, X55 5G modem, up to 6GB/8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The iQOO 5 Pro features a 50MP f/1.85 main camera, 13MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide camera, 8MP f/3.4 persicope camera with 5x optical zoom and 60x digital zoom. Powering the iQOO 5 Pro is a 4,000mAh battery with 120W ultra-fast flash charging thru USB Type-C.

While the iQOO 5 is carrying a 50MP f/1.85 main camera, 13MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide camera and 13MP f/2.46 50mm portrait camera with 2x zoom. Powering the iQOO 5 is a 4500mAh battery with 55W flash charging.
Both smartphones are running on Android 10 with iQOO UI 1.5, Dual SIM support, Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 6, HiFi audio, and stereo speakers.

Both smartphones are now available for pre-order in China and will be available for purchase this August 24, 2020.
There is no word on Philippine availability and pricing.
