realme X7 series to feature a 120Hz AMOLED screen and 5G connectivity

realme earlier announced the launch of its upcoming smartphones on Weibo—the X7 series.

realme phones with 120Hz AMOLED screen and 5G connectivity? Why not?

Based on the teaser poster, the realme X7 series will be unveiled in China on September 1. 

The phones will feature 120Hz AMOLED screens and 5G connectivity. The AMOLED 120Hz screen is a clear step-up compared to the company's older 120Hz LCD panels.

It is also said to be a "flexible" type of screen which means that it could come with a curved design.

The post also reads X7 Pro and it could be a higher-end type of device. The poster also has a Chinese text that translates to "thin and light flash charging flagship" suggesting that the phone will be thin and lightweight with super-fast charging tech. 

There are speculations that it might be the first realme device with the 125W UltraDART super-fast charging solution.

The full specs of the phones are yet to be revealed. We'll keep an eye on these devices to update you guys.
