Sony Xperia 8 Lite key specs and highlights
Similar to the Xperia 10, the device retained the 6-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a super tall 21:9 screen aspect ratio and 14nm Snapdragon 630 octa-core SoC with Adreno 508 GPU.
The RAM has been upgraded to 4GB RAM and the storage and battery are 64GB and 2,870mAh, respectively. It charges using the reversible USB-C technology.
At the back, it uses a 12MP f/1.8 main cam + 8MP f/2.4 secondary camera in a horizontally-aligned setup. The purpose of the secondary camera is unknown, but we wish that it is an ultra-wide sensor instead of a depth camera.
In comparison, the Xperia 10 sports a 13MP f/2.0 main + 5MP f/2.4 depth dual-cam.
It has 4K video recording, 120fps slow-mo, and EIS stabilization as well.
In the front, there's an 8MP f/2.0 secondary shooter. It also has a 3.5mm headphone slot, WiFi, 4G LTE, NFC, and GPS.
The device runs with Android Pie OS, an almost 2-year-old system.
