In China, Xiaomi announces the new MIJIA double-door small refrigerator with 118L capacity that measures at only 470 x 527 x 1137mm and only takes 0.25 sq. meters of space. The freezer has a capacity of 33L while the refrigerator compartment takes up 85L.

It has built-in handles and comes with multi-layer adjustable brackets and storage spaces. There is an integrated U-shaped box, inner tank, drawers, bottle racks that are all made of food contact grade materials.

Space is further subdivided with tempered glass shelves that are height adjustable as the user desires. 

The MIJIA 118L refrigerator uses high-efficiency compressors with an operating noise level of 36 decibels and consumes 0.49 kWh per day. The freezer compartment is equipped with hidden winding evaporators that reduce the size of frost while maintaining strong cooling capability.

Lastly, the refrigerator uses a fluorine-free foaming technology.

The MIJIA double door 118L refrigerator is now available for pre-order in China via Mi.com and Xiaomi Youpin.

There is no word yet on Philippine pricing and availability.
