MatePad T 10s is the higher-end model between the two which uses a slightly larger 10.1-inch screen with sharper FHD+ 1280 x 1200 resolution, larger 3GB RAM, bigger 64GB expandable storage, faster USB-C 10W charging, and better sounding Harman Kardon-tuned stereo speakers. It also has 4G LTE connectivity.

The tablet retained the 2.2GHz 14nm Kirin 710A octa-core processor.

Both run with Android 10 OS with EMUI 10.1 skin, Huawei Mobile Services, and AppGallery.
