Slightly improved G90T

Designed to power affordable mid-range gaming smartphones, the 12nm chip uses 2x Cortex-A76 cores at 2.05GHz, 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz, and Mali-G76 MC4 operating at up to 900 MHz.

MediaTek said that it has a 5 percent increase in AnTuTu CPU score and an 8 percent better GPU score in Manhattan 3.0 benchmark versus Helio G90T.

Helio G95 utilizes the MediaTek HyperEngine game technology for networking, rapid response, picture quality, and resource management engines for seamless gameplay and highly responsive user experience. MediaTek said that when the WiFi signal is weak, it intelligently triggers WiFi and 4G LTE concurrency to ensure a smooth and lag-free connection during gaming. It also enables the option to defer calls while in-game without a drop in connection. It also has intelligent and dynamic management of CPU, GPU, and memory.

Helio G95 also has an AI Super Resolution Display for improved video calling and video streaming on Netflix, Hotstar, Amazon Prime, and TikTok. It can support video qualities ranging from 360p to 730p HD in real-time while reducing the network bandwidth up to 75 percent without any perceptible difference in quality. It also features an FHD+ 90Hz display with up to HDR10+ quality.

The chip also comes with multi-camera support up to 64MP with improved low light performance, real-time portrait bokeh, AI-FD (Fast & precise AI face detection engine), MFNR, Warping, 3DNR, video encoding, and decoding at 4K 30fps.

It also has an integrated APU for AI camera enhancement.

But, unlike most MediaTek Dimensity series, it still loads with a 4G instead of 5G.
