Released in early 2020, the vivo X50 Pro+ features a 120Hz 6.56-inch AMOLED display with HDR10+ support. Inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor 8GB/12GB RAM, 128GB/256GB internal storage, and a 4,315mAh battery.

In front is a 32MP selfie camera while at the back is a 50MP main camera, 8MP periscope telephoto, 13MP 2x portrait telephoto camera, and 8MP ultra-wide camera.

After rigorous testing DXOMark claims that the vivo X50 Pro+ delivers a strong performance and it placed third place in its independent database. In Photo, the images delivered are detailed, clean, and with good color in most conditions. Its weakness is its lackluster wide camera and its unpolished bokeh simulation mode. While in Video, the X50 Pro+ also delivered a strong performance with detailed, low noise 4K output. The only concern with the video output is its inaccurate color rendition and occasional autofocus instability.

It scored an impressive 139 in Photo and 104 in Video. Just below the Huawei P40 Pro's 140 and 105 scores respectively. The vivo X50 Pro+ scored an average of 127 which places it at the third place from the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra and the Huawei P40 Pro.

Update, DxOMark increased its total score to 131 points.
