Reportedly, ASUS will help Qualcomm launch its own gaming smartphone
Qualcomm Snapdragon Elite Gaming smartphone?

Possible Qualcomm gaming smartphone!

Details are scared at the moment, but Qualcomm is expected to take care of the "industry design" and "software integration." Currently, the company makes reference design boards to show the capability (benchmark scores) of its new chips.

Partnering with ASUS appears to be a good choice as the company is reputable in making some of the best gaming smartphones around. This year, the ROG Phone 3 is one of the first to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ overclocked chip and it is one of the very best Android smartphones around.

If true, we can expect the alleged Qualcomm gaming smartphone to borrow some of ASUS' mobile gaming innovations like custom controls, enhanced cooling system, higher refresh rate display, and more.

Traditionally, Qualcomm launches its new flagship chip at the Snapdragon Tech Summit. This year, the event will take place from December 1 to 2.

The chip is expected to be called the "Snapdragon 875." It is expected to be a 5nm-based chip with the new ARM Cortex-X1 power core.

The Qualcomm gaming phone is expected to be launched by the end of this year and will be available in stores by 2021.
