Apple AirPods Max wireless headphones now official, priced at PHP 32,990!
Apple has silently launched the new AirPods Max with an H1 headphone chip on each ear cup and is priced at PHP 32,990!

Apple has officially launched the AirPods Max wireless headphones which the company claims offer high-fidelity audio, Adaptive EQ, Active Noise Cancellation, and Spatial Audio.
At the heart of the headphones is a 40mm Apple-designed dynamic driver that works with the H1 chip in each cup that features up to 10 audio cores that is capable of 9 billion operations per second that results in a "breakthrough" listening experience that includes the aforementioned Adaptive EQ, Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency mode, and Spatial audio.
Like the existing AirPods family, it can connect with other Apple devices with the one-tap set-up. The AirPods Max is also able to detect when the headphones are on the user's head using optical and positional sensors. Once in place, the AirPods Max plays audio and can pause once the headphones are removed from the user's head or when one cup is lifted off the user's ear. It also supports voice calls and voice commands with Siri.

The internal battery is rated for up to 20 hours of continuous high-fidelity audio, talk-time, or movie playback with Active Noise Cancellation enabled. It is charged via the Lightning connector.
It features Digital Crowns that are similar to the Digital Crowns on the Apple Watch. These Digital Crowns control volume levels, play and pause, Siri, and more.
Inside the box are the AirPods Max, soft-slim Smart Case, and Lightning to USB-C cable.
Lastly, the AirPods Max weighs in at only 13 ounces or 384.8 grams.

At the time of this article's writing on December 8, 2020, the Apple AirPods Max's price was listed on the Apple Philippines website but is not yet available for purchase. There is no word yet when it will arrive in the Philippines.
