After days of teasing, Samsung and Flipkart have officially announced the Galaxy F62 with Exynos 9825, 64MP quad-cameras, and 7,000mAh battery.

Samsung and Flipkart launched the Galaxy F41 with a massive 6,000mAh battery in India last October. Months later in February 2021, Samsung and Flipkart teased the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy F61 that will also be made and sold exclusively in India.

Today, Samsung and Flipkart have finally revealed the complete details of the new F-series smartphone.

The new phone features a massive 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with 2400 x 1080 resolution, 420nits brightness, and a 20 by 9 aspect ratio. Inside the new phone is the flagship 7nm Exynos 9825 octa-core processor and Mali G76 MP12 GPU that was previously found on the Galaxy Note10 back in 2019.

Other specs include 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1, microSD card expansion, and a massive 7,000mAh battery with 25W adaptive fast charging via USB-C.

At the back are a 64MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 5MP macro, and 5MP depth sensor while on the front punch hole is a 32MP selfie shooter.

It comes with Android 11 based One UI 3.1 out of the box and connects via WiFi, Bluetooth 5, and LTE. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and will come in Laser Green, Laser Blue, and Laser Grey.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Samsung Galaxy F62 6GB/128GB - INR 23,999 (or around PHP 16K)
Samsung Galaxy F62 8GB/128GB - INR 25,999 (or around PHP 17.2K)

Aside from Flipkart, the new F62 will be available thru Samsung India's online store, Reliance Digital and retail outlets in India at 12PM on February 22, 2021.

There is no word on international and Philippine pricing and availability.
