Two weeks after vivo unveiled the Y76s, and now they have a new Y74s which bear resemblance to the specs and appearance.

At the front, the phone uses a dewdrop notch display design, slim bezels on the side, and a thick chin bezel below. Looking at the back it has a shiny-looking premium cover, you'll also notice a dual camera set up and LED flash in rectangular-shaped housing.

The screen of the phone uses a 6.58-inch LCD with a 60Hz refresh rate FHD+ resolution in a 20:9 aspect ratio. Aside from that it also has a touch sampling rate of 180Hz.

Inside you'll find a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is then paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 memory.

While the device's battery is powered with 4,100mAh and supports 44W fast charging.

For its cameras, it has 50MP for the main sensor followed by a 2MP module for macro shooting. The selfie camera is just a basic 8 MP shooter. While its video recording is limited to 1080p resolution on both the front and rear cameras.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, microSD slot up to 1TB, and speakers. For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX (HD), and LDAC support for audio, a 3.5mm jack, and two SIM card slots.

As for the software, it will run Android 11 with OriginOS 1.0.

China price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

The handset is now available in China and has two color options either Galaxy Blue and Starry Night Black. There's no word yet for its availability here in the Philippines.
