AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 2022 and FidelityFX Super Resolution are now official

The newest AMD Software version adds updated and advanced features to AMD-powered computers. It has AMD Radeon Super Resolution (RSR) technology, a revolutionary driver-based upscaling technology that boosts performance while maintaining excellent visual quality and is compatible with thousands of games. 

It also comes with a new AMD Link program, which allows users to transform their gaming PC into a personal gaming cloud and host local multiplayer games with friends from all over the world. In addition to gaming, AMD Radeon Image Sharpening (RIS) also supports enhancing graphics for video playback and online apps.

AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) 2.0 technology, which is expected to be available in Q2 2022, uses temporal data and optimized anti-aliasing to boost framerates in supported games while delivering similar or better image quality than native resolution without the need for dedicated machine learning hardware. AMD FSR 2.0, like the original version, works with a wide range of AMD and rival GPU models, giving amazing performance and image quality.

AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition is now available for download on the AMD Drivers and Support page. Beginning in Q2 2022, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0 is scheduled to be accessible in games. On March 23, 2022, during the Game Developers Conference (GDC), further information on FSR 2.0 will be unveiled.
