HONOR's newest X-series device dubbed as HONOR X8 was announced in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Read on for its key details.
The smartphone appears in a centered punch-hole display design at the front with slim bezels. While the rear cover comes in 3 colorways of either Titanium Silver, Midnight Black, or Ocean Blue.
It has a huge 6.7-inch IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ 2388 x 1080 resolution.
Inside it is powered with 2.4GHz 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU. It has a single memory configuration of 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It also features RAM turbo for an extra 2GB virtual RAM.
Meanwhile, its battery has a 4,000mAh capacity and supports a 22.5W SuperCharge power adapter.
For cameras, it has 64MP for main, 5MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and another 2MP for depth. As for the front-facing cam, it has a 16MP sensor.
For connectivity, it has dual-band WiFi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0 GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB-C port.
The device runs Android 11 with HONOR's Magic UI 4.2 out of the box.
