FINSI plans to expand outside Luzon

In a statement, the company said it may initially enter key areas in the Visayas and Mindanao as it hopes to make its presence known across the country.

FINSI strives to highlight the importance of infrastructure and telecommunications in the country. We are one with telcos in providing faster and better internet connection around the country through fiber optic technology. We aim to build more fiber lines and provide service to several areas beyond Luzon later this year, said Marc Kerveillant, FINSI General Manager.

FINSI focuses on powering up broadband fiber rollouts of major telecom companies in Luzon as Filipino consumers demand better internet connectivity amid the pandemic.

Last year, the company was able to build more than 87,000 fiber lines. After Typhoon Odette ravaged parts of the Visayas and Mindanao, FINSI said it assisted Globe in restoring over 19,000 communication lines.

It currently serves the National Capital Region, Southern Luzon provinces such as Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon, and the Bicol Region.

We seek to continuously improve the lives of the Filipino people with innovative and tech-based solutions. With FINSI, we realize this through simple and effective cutting-edge solutions that add real value to our client’s businesses. While doing so, we are also creating more opportunities for Filipinos by helping them thrive in the digital age, said Asticom President and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes.
