Back in March 2022, it was also Globe, PLDT, Converge, and SKY that came out on top with an average speed of 3.4 Mbps. Royal Cable trailed in second place with 3.0 Mbps.

To summarize, Netflix determines monthly rankings by combining resolution, streaming device, and encoding formula to evaluate an ISP's performance during primetime viewing sessions. The better the network, the closer a session gets to this maximum bitrate.

For April 2022, all four major ISP providers in the Philippines were tied in first place with an average speed of 3.2 Mbps. This shows consistency as Globe, PLDT, Converge ICT, and SKYCable are all tied in first place again with Royal Cable in second with an average speed of 3.0 Mbps.
