ROG Phone 6 is now available for pre-order in the Philippines
Earlier this month, ASUS announced its latest flagship—ROG Phone 6 Series. This time the vanilla variant goes official in the Philippines.

Asus ROG Phone 6 is now official in the Philippines!
As a recap, this gaming phone boasts top-of-the-line hardware like the 6.78-inch FHD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time, and 720Hz touch sampling rate. Aside from those, the screen is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Inside, it is equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core SoC with new-gen Adreno GPU, up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The battery is equipped with a big 6,000mAh size and charges using a USB-C 65W HyperCharge adaptor.
ROG Phone 6 is also using a triple camera set up on the rear. It has a 50MP Sony IMX766 for the main sensor + 13MP ultrawide and 5MP macro helper.

Other features mentioned were the usual gamer-centric functions like the Air Trigger 6 with Dual Action, Press, Lift, and Gyroaiming. There's also a cooling feature that decreases the phone's temperatures by up to 10 degrees Celsius.
Its dual front-firing speakers have symmetrical seven magnets and were co-engineered with Dirac Audio for a more immersive sound when gaming. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack slot.
For connectivity, it uses WiFi 6E, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and dual SIM slots.
Finally, the device runs with the latest Android 12 software with ROG UI and Zen UI.
ASUS also has upgraded accessories like Kunai Gamepad 3. Unfortunately, we still do not have info about it if they will be sold separately but we will update this page once we got confirmation.

The gaming phone is now available for pre-order in the Philippines. The buyers may expect their orders to arrive around the end of August.
As part of the launch today, the brand is giving away a FREE AeroActive cooler worth PHP 4,995 if you preorder the phone. Do note it is for a limited time only which is July 23 to August 31.
