#ICYMI: iQOO Z6 Lite 5G is the first phone with Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chip

As expected, the first smartphone in the world is the iQOO Z6 Lite and it is now official.

The device arrived in Mystic Night and Blue Stellar Green colorways and a 6.58-inch LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, FHD+ 2408 x 1080 resolution, and a notch for the 8MP selfie camera.

Inside, it is using the 6nm 2.0GHz Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 octa-core processor with a "more powerful" Adreno GPU. Qualcomm claims that this chip has an 18 percent faster CPU than its predecessor.

Back and front design

It is paired with up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB expandable storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with  USB-C 18W charging.

To keep the performance of the handset in check, the device is using a -component cooling system with a graphite film, thermally-conductive gel, copper foil, and a temperature sensor.

For cameras, it is using a 50MP main shooter with Eye AF and a 2MP macro sensor. In front, it has an 8MP selfie camera.

Of course, this device has 5G connectivity thanks to its new chip.
