LIST: LinkedIn's top 15 best workplaces in Philippines

LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, revealed the Philippines' top 15 companies for career growth.

IT firm, mobile wallets top this year's list

In a report on Wednesday, LinkedIn released a list of companies where Filipinos can grow their careers. Using its platform data, it ranked companies based on the following pillars proven to support career progress: the ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational background, and employee presence in the country.

Information technology services and consulting firm Accenture emerged as the top company this 2023, according to LinkedIn. It was followed by e-wallet giants Mynt (GCash) and Maya, both of which are backed by the Philippines’ dominant telco players Globe and PLDT.

According to LinkedIn, these companies prefer candidates with soft skills such as problem-solving and being creative and innovative.

Atul Harkisanka, Head of Emerging Markets and Country Lead for the Philippines at LinkedIn said that professionals usually seek guidance on the companies to work for that offer career growth.

The 2023 Top Companies list is filled with actionable insights and resources that help professionals at all levels discover job opportunities. Those interested in a specific company can now easily identify the skills and roles being hired for, connect with employees they know in their network, and follow the company to stay informed about future opportunities, Harkisanka said.
