The Infinix NOTE 30 VIP's packaging is longer when compared to its peers. It has the green color seen with more recent models. Around the box are the branding, key features, key specs, and regulatory information. What is unique is the "Sound by JBL" badge.

Inside the box are the phone, SIM ejector tool, USB-A to USB-C cable, 68W wall charger, documentation, bumper case, tempered glass, and tempered glass applicator kit.

Unlike most devices, the user is given the option to apply the screen protector on their own.

There are no included earphones inside the box.

Build Quality/Design

Rear design

The build of the phone is excellent. It is made of a combination of glass and high-quality polycarbonate. The rear glasstic panel is frosted while the polycarbonate frame has a shiny reflective faux metal finish. Because it is made of mostly polycarbonate, the phone is lighter than it looks.

One of the prettiest phone in its price category!

It does have a large camera bump but the frosted glasstic panel reduces fingerprint smudges.

As mentioned earlier, there is a bumper case and a screen protector that is included in the box but have to be applied by the user.

Moving to the screen, it comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 2400 x 1080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and a 1920Hz PWM dimming.

Around the panel are slim bezels with the chin bezel being thicker than the rest. On the upper part of the screen is the punch hole while above it is the earpiece and the dual LED flash hidden along the top bezel.

One of the phone's main crowd attractions is the rear camera module which is made of the 108MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor, with a quad-flash.

For selfies, it features a 32MP selfie camera with a dual-LED flash.

What surprised us is that both the rear and front-facing cameras can record videos at 4K at 30fps.

Aside from that, the camera app features the following modes: AI Cam, Video, Film, Beauty, Portrait, and Super Night.

As of the moment

GIZGUIDE website on the NOTE 30 VIP

We are definitely surprised with the number of features and specs crammed into the Infinix NOTE 30 VIP given that it is priced at JUST PHP 13,999.

In addition to that, the phone looks absolutely stunning and is a contender to be one of the most beautiful-looking phones in its category.

It's arguably the strongest for the price!

Even though it doesn't have a rear telephoto or a rear ultrawide, the 108MP should be more than enough for most situations. But what impressed us is the presence of the 4K video recording from both the rear and front-facing cameras.

We are excited to explore the rest of its features and what it can do in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

But so far, our initial impression of the Infinix NOTE 30 VIP is truly positive.

What do you guys think?
